Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) can  creamed corn
  • 6  eggs
  • 12  crunched up  saltine crackers (about a pencil eraser diameter)

  1. Whisk together and fry like pancakes.
  2. Eat with butter, salt & pepper.
