Directions

  1. Sautee onion and garlic in butter or margarine.
  2. Add carrot, celery and bell pepper and cook , stirring until they soften.
  3. Add milk and cream cheese and mix, stirring, until cream cheese melts.
  4. Add the white spreadable processed cheese.
  5. Season with powdered chicken bouillon, to taste.
