Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushroom caps

Yields: 24 stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients
- 24 large mushrooms, stems removed & cleaned
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (or other tasty cheese)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped pecans (, or other nuts)
- pineapple juice (to sprinkle over them)
Directions
- Combine cheeses and nuts.
- Fill the mushroom cavities.
- Sprinkle with pineapple juice.
- Place on a cookie sheet, cover& bake in 350f oven for 20 minutes.
- If you wish, remove cover and broil for a minute or two.
