Cream Cheese Icing

This is the company's Coming recipe. Nothing like this on a carrot cake.

Ingredients

• 2  ounces cream cheese
• 1  cup icing sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Beat all 3 ingredients together well in small bowl until smooth.
2. Makes 1/2 cup of icing.
