Yields: 1 frosting
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 1⁄2-3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions
- Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla and blend well.
- Fold in nuts.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Should be enough to spread between layers if a 2 layer cake is made.
