Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Directions
- Cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Zest lemon (or lime or orange for different flavor) directly into butter/cream cheese.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Gradually add sifted powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Try not to eat too much before you frost the cake!
