Cream Cheese Frosting

Very good not too sweet! Excellent on Pumpkin Squares

• Serves: 24
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 8  ounces cream cheese (softened)
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄4 cup butter (softened)
• 2  cups powdered sugar

Directions

1. Beat Cream Cheese and Butter at high speed till very fluffy.
2. Add Powdered Sugar and vanilla at low speed till all is blended inches.
3. Whip at high speed till fluffy.
