Cream Cheese Frosting

Basic cream cheese frosting. Try it over Beth's Carrot Cake recipe 132196.

Ingredients

• 1  lb powdered sugar
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 8  ounces cream cheese
• 2  teaspoons vanilla

Directions

1. Let cream cheese and butter softened.
2. With electric mixer cream butter and cream cheese.
3. Add vanilla and gradually add powder sugar.
4. You may need to add more powder sugar to get to desired consistency.
