Cream Cheese Filled Blue-Bana Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3⁄4 cup honey
- 2 bananas (bruised and smashed)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into 16 pieces
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking soda.
- In a seperate bowl, mix the egg, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine ingredients, add bananas, blueberries.
- Fill up about 1/3 of the greased muffin tray.
- On top of each batter add a piece of a cream cheese.
- add remaining batter until it fills up about 3/5ths of the muffin tray.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
