Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter (softened) or 1⁄4 cup margarine (softened)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (18 1/2ounce) package devil's food cake mix
Directions
- Cream butter and cheese.
- Blend in egg and vanilla.
- Slowly add dry cake mix, 1/3 of mix at a time, mixing well after each addition. If using mixer, add lat 1/3 of cake mix by hand.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 350.
- Drop by small teaspoonfulls onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
- Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
