Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup shortening
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1⁄2 cups flour, sifted
Directions
- Cream shortening, add cream cheese, blend well.
- Beat in sugar, then egg yolks and vanilla.
- Beat in flour.
- Makes a thick dough.
- Roll out on lightly floured board.
- Cut in circles or shapes.
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
