Cream Cheese Banana Bread (Moist)

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1⁄2 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant pudding mix (cheesecake, vanilla, or banana cream)
Directions
- Cream together shortening, cream cheese, brown sugar, and white sugar.
- Smash ripe bananas and mix in baking soda.
- Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, and pudding mix.
- Add eggs one at a time to shortening mix.
- Then add vanilla.
- Slowly add flower mixture to shortening
- Bake at 350 for 60 minute.
