Cream Cheese and Passionfruit Frosting

A recipe from Sunbeam. Goes very well with banana cake.

Ingredients

• 250  g  softened cream cheese
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 3  cups icing sugar (confectioners sugar)
• 1⁄4 passion fruit pulp

Directions

1. Combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a small bowl.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
3. Add the icing sugar mixture and beat until smooth.
4. Reduce speed and add passionfruit.
5. Spread over cooled cake.
