Cream Cheese and Beef Cracker Spread

This is a great spread for any kind of cracker. I like it on Sociables or Ritz type cracker. It is rather garlicky for those non garlic lovers.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 16  ounces cream cheese
• 2  garlic cloves (minced)
• 1  bunch green onion (chopped)
• 5  ounces  carl budding beef (Chopped into small pieces)

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth.
2. Add garlic, onion and beef blending until ingredients are mixed.
3. Chill until party time.
