Cream & Cheddar Cheese Sausage Balls

Yields: 24 Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb country sausage (Neese's hot or regular)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1⁄4 cups Bisquick
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well. A dough hook on a Kitchen Aid mixer works well or you can use your hands.
- Roll into 1" balls.
- Bake @ 400° for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
