Cream & Cheddar Cheese Sausage Balls

A friend brought these to a party - they were a huge hit.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. A dough hook on a Kitchen Aid mixer works well or you can use your hands.
  2. Roll into 1" balls.
  3. Bake @ 400° for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
