Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whipping cream
Icing
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons light cream or 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat eggs in small bowl until very thick.
- Add sugar and vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Measure flour, baking powder, and salt into another bowl.
- Stir.
- Add cream to batter in 2 parts alternately with flour mixture in 3 parts, beginning and ending with dry mixture.
- Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.
- Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes unil an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Icing: Beat all ingredients together in bowl until smooth.
- Add more liquid or icing sugar as needed.
