  1. Cream butter and Splenda, add egg and vanilla.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, then add to wet mix.
  3. Add zucchini and chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by round tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
