Crazy Cookie Bread Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup Splenda granular
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup almond flour
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 1 3⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1⁄2 cups zucchini
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream butter and Splenda, add egg and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl, then add to wet mix.
- Add zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Drop by round tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
