Crawfish Spice Mix ( Seafood Boil )

This spice mix recipe came from an article In the South, published in Southern Living April 2013 issue.

• Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup mustard seeds
• 3⁄4 cup  coriander seed
• 1⁄2 cup kosher salt
• 1⁄4 cup celery seed
• 1⁄4 cup dried marjoram
• 1⁄4 cup  dill seed
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 1  tablespoon whole allspice
• 1  tablespoon  ground red pepper
• 1  teaspoon whole cloves
• 20  bay leaves, crushed

Directions

1. Stir all ingredients together and store in an airtight container up to 2 months.
