Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) box white cake mix
- 2 3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 lb butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine cake mix and flour in mixer type mixing bowl.
- Add butter and mix well on medium.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut with round or square 3" cutter.
- Bake at 350 or 12 minutes or until browned around the edges.
- Cool and store in a dry place for up to one week.
