Cranberry Swirl Muffins

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup shortening
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 3⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry raspberry sauce
Directions
- Heat oven to 400.
- Grease pan. Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg whites and Beat. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Add sauce and swirl.
- Spoon into muffin pans. Bake 21-22 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
