Cranberry Sesame Honey Glaze

From Ocean Spray, this can be use on chicken and other meats. A great way to use leftover cranberry sauce! Cranberries are grown in New England and in Canada!

Ingredients

• 8  ounces jellied cranberry sauce
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1  tablespoon soy sauce
• 2  teaspoons sesame seeds
• 1  dash ginger

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat just until sauce is smooth, whisking frequently.
3. Brush generously on poultry during cooking.
4. Makes 1 cup.
