Cranberry Sauce II

This recipe is very easy, deliciously tart and can be made several days before serving.

  1. Add water and sugar together; bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
  2. Add cranberries and stir as the start to pop.
  3. Once they have all popped, reduce flame to low and add juice from one navel orange, zest from one navel orange and the orange extract(optional).
  4. Stir ingredients through for a minute.
  5. Move cranberry sauce to a container and store in fridge til needed. I recommend this is made at least two days prior to serving.
