  1. In a stovepot, heat the water and honey for 3-5 minutes, until honey is dissolved. Add the juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon, and the cranberries. Cook on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes, or until cranberries pop. Let cool and then chill.
