Cranberry Salad Dressing

Yields: 2 1/2 cups salad dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 cup olive oil
Directions
- Process all ingredients except oil in a food processor or blender; with motor running, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
- Refrigerate.
