Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 4 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 cups cranberries, coarsely chopped
Directions
- In a medium bowl stir together flour and dry ingredients.
- In large bowl mix sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water.
- Add flour mixture and mix well.
- Fold in cranberries.
- Pour into greased and floured 8x4 pans.
- Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
