Cranberry Pomegranate Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1 -2 teaspoon grill seasoning
- 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed of any fat
- 1 -2 teaspoon olive oil
- 3⁄4 cup cranberry pomegranate preserves
- 1⁄4 cup pomegranates, chipotle sauce or 1⁄4 cup similar barbecue sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle pork tenderloins with grillin' Seasoning. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork tenderloins in hot olive oil on both sides (about 1 minute per side). Place pork tenderloins in skillet into the oven. Bake pork 15-20 minutes or until slightly pink in the middle and/or internal temperature reaches 155°. While pork bakes, combine last 2 ingredients; stir to blend. Serve pork topped with Cranberry Pomegranate Preserves mixture.
