Cranberry Orange Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
- 2 cups Minute Rice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup snow peas
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Prepare rice as directed on pkg substituting orange juice for water.
- Add peas and cranberries and cover.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork before serving.
