Cranberry Orange Relish With Grand Marnier

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 2 cups cranberries, washed and picked over (1 bag)
- 2 small navel oranges, skin and all
- 2 tablespoons minced candied ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup Grand Marnier
Directions
- Place cranberries and oranges in a food processor. Pulse until consistency that suits you.
- Combine in a saucepan all other ingredients, except Grand Marnier. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
- Cool and add Grand Marnier. Will keep several months refrigerated.
