Cranberry-Orange Preserves

Yields: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 2 cups orange marmalade
- 3⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon orange peel, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel, finely grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves (you could also try allspice)
Directions
- Stir juice and sugar in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, simmer until mixture is reduced to 3 cups, stirring occasionally about 15 minutes. Cool. Cover and chill.
