Cranberry Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, fork beaten
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can cranberry sauce
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
Directions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Add ground beef.
- Mix well.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Place in ungreased 3 quart casserole.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over meatballs.
- Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours until meatballs are no longer pink inside.
