Cranberry Liqueur

Yields: 3 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberries, coarsely chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups gin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large lidded container or jar.
- Cover and stand at room temperature for 6 weeks.
- Strain twice through four layers of cheesecloth.
