Cranberry Jello Delight

This has been handed down 3 or 4 generations of a friend of mine. So glad she shared with me. Hope you enjoy also. Time does not include time for jello to set.

• Serves: 10

Ingredients

• 1 (6 ounce) package raspberry Jell-O gelatin (may also use cherry)
• 2  cups boiling water
• 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
• 1 (14 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
• 8  ounces cream cheese
• 10  ounces Cool Whip

Directions

1. Stir jello with boiling water til dissolved.
2. Add cranberry sauce& stir well.
3. Add crushed pineapple with juice.
4. Pour into 9 X 14 dish.
5. Put in fridge til set.
6. Mix cream cheese & cool whip together.
7. Spread on well set jello mixture.
8. Sprinkle ½ cup walnuts or pecans on top.
