Cranberry Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberries, picked over and rinsed
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon drained bottled horseradish
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted lightly and chopped fine
Directions
- In a food processor, coarsely chop the cranberries and transfer them to a bowl. Add the sugar, vinegar and horseradish and toss the mixture well.
- Chill the mixture, covered, for 30 minutes and stir in the walnuts. Serve the sauce as as accompaniment to turkey, pork or beef.
