Cranberry Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 3⁄4 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb ground pork
- 3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry sauce
Sauce
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 drop Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Meatballs: Combine ingredients, shape into meatballs, bake at 400°F 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
- Sauce: Heat sauce ingredients.
- Put meatballs in casserole. Pour sauce over meatballs. Bake at 350°F for 15 – 20 minutes.
