Cranberry Delight Frozen Salad or Dessert

A delightful salad/dessert for the Thanksgiving holiday table. Very easy to make. Prep time includes a 5 to 7 hour freeze time.

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) can  wholeberry cranberry sauce
• 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
• 1  cup whole pecans
• 1 (15 1/2ounce) can crushed pineapple, well-drained

Directions

1. In an 8-inch square pan or ring mold, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Mix well and smooth out.
3. Freeze for 5 to 7 hours. Unmold before serving.
