Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1⁄2 teaspoon water
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
- Beat egg white and water lightly in a bowl until blended.
- Dip cranberries in egg white mixture until completely coated,then roll in sugar.
- Place on wax paper and let stand at room temperature until dry.
