Cranberry Cider Jelly

A great and easy jelly. Makes a great gift during holidays.

  1. Combine apple cider, cranberry juice and lemon juice in a large saucepot. Stir in powdered pectin. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Return to a rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim foam, if necessary. Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process 10 minutes ina boiling-water canner.
