Cranberry Chutney

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick, 3-4 inches
- 6 -8 whole cloves
- 6 -8 allspice berries
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
Directions
- Add brown sugar to 1 cup water and boil until dissolved.
- Add rest of ingredients and simmer until cranberry skins split.
- Cool until thickened.
