Cranberry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon white pepper, to taste
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
- 2 cups green seedless grapes
- 1 cup cashews
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cranberries, halved
Directions
- In a large glass bowl, mix first 6 ingredients until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients & mix well.
- Refrigerate to chill before serving.
