Cranberry Autumn Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions
- In a skillet coated with cooking spray, brown chicken on both sides.
- Place browned chicken in a 2 quart baking dish, coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the remaining ingredients: pour over chicken.
- Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes then uncover and cook for 15 more minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees.
