Cranberry Apple Relish

Ingredients
- 2 granny smith apples, chopped
- 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the apple and lime juice, tossing well to combine.
- Place the apples, cranberries, onions, and peppers in a food processor bowl, drizzle with honey and vinegar; pulse 6 to 8 times until finely chopped.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover and chill at least 1 hour.
