Cranberry and Apple Crumble

This is so delicious and lighter than the usually apple crisps. Put some vanilla ice cream on top and it's amazing! Taken out of Cooking Light. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter in a food processor; pulse 10 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  4. Combine apple and cranberries in a large bowl.
  5. Combine juice and remaining ingredients; pour over apple mixture.
  6. Toss well.
  7. Spoon apple mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle with flour mixture.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Serve warm.
