Cranberries and Cream Jubilee

I am not sure where i got this from but its been in my card box forever.. and wanted to share

  1. use fresh or frozen cranberries.
  2. in a large saucepan, combine cranberries, marmalade, sugar, cinnamon, and orange juice, bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low simmer, uncovered 8-10 minutes or until cranberries burst and mixture is syrupy.
  3. place 2 scoops ( 1/3 c each) ice cream into each dessert glass or bowl, spoon warm cranberry mixture over ice cream.
  4. garnish with small cookies and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
