Cran-Orange Spinach Salad

I love this recipe, it's easy and can be made the night before for potlucks, just add the oranges once you get there so the spinach doesn't get soggy.

• Serves: 6

Ingredients

• 1  cup  sesame ginger salad dressing
• 8  cups  baby spinach leaves
• 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 1⁄2 cups dried sweetened cranberries
• 1  cup  sliced  honey-roasted almond
• 1  cup  crumbled feta cheese

Directions

1. Toss together and serve.
2. also good with a raspberry vinaigrette.
