  1. 1. Preheat olive oil in frying pan over low to medium heat.
  2. 2. Add green beans to sauté them. Stirring and flipping often to avoid browning.
  3. 3. Add cranberries when green beans are about 3 minutes from done. Stir often to avoid overheating on one side.
  4. 4. Add pine nuts when cranberries are beginning to turn pink. Stir and flip often.
  5. 5. Add spices when pine nuts turn light brown. Stir for half minute.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and serve.
