Ingredients

  • 2  eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 2  cups  saltine crumbs, crushed
  • 1  cup  shredded coconut
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla
  • 1  quart milk

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan until it boils.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. It will thicken as it cools, in the refrigerator.
