Crabsticks and Mushroom Sandwich Toast

Ingredients

  • 2  leaves  green lettuce
  • 12 onion
  • 20  g  shimeji mushrooms
  • 4  slices  bread
  • 30  g  crab  sticks
  • 30  g cheese, for pizza
  • 1  tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Place the green lettuce on top of two slices of bread followed by the round onion slices then distribute the shimeji mushrooms evenly on top.
  2. Use your hands to shred each of the crab sticks then put it on top of the mushrooms.
  3. Add some grated cheese on top. Add about a quarter teaspoon of aonori (dried green laver) on top of the cheese.
  4. Preheat your sandwich maker.
  5. Toast your sandwich until brown and crispy.
