Crabmeat Casserole

For crab "purists" --Delicious and simple to fix. Serve with tossed salad and crusty bread.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  backfin crab meat
  • 1  cup mayonnaise
  • 12 cup  light cream
  • 3  eggs, beaten
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients lightly and bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole for 40 minutes at 350.
