Crabmeat Artichoke Casserole

Recipe from my beloved grandmother. Very easy & quick. Can use 3 cans crabmeat in place of fresh. Show more

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans  cream of celery soup
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 12 lbs  crabmeat
  • 2  cups wild rice or 2  cups white rice, cooked
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans  sliced mushrooms
  • 1  lb  grated cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 until hot & bubbly(about 30 - 45 minutes).
