Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

I made these as an appetizer for Thanksgiving. It's just a more simple variation of the other recipes on the site. Everyone really enjoyed them! Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine mushroom stems, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese and crab into a food processor. Mix well, until no large chunks of crab are left.
  3. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. About 1 tbsp each, depending on the size of your mushrooms.
  4. Top each with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
