Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 ounces mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces crabmeat
- parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine mushroom stems, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese and crab into a food processor. Mix well, until no large chunks of crab are left.
- Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. About 1 tbsp each, depending on the size of your mushrooms.
- Top each with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
